What Pardal collects, why it is needed, how it is protected, and where you remain in control.
- 01The Data Controller
- Luiz Ushirobira De Santis, trading as Pardal controls the personal data used to operate Pardal. Privacy requests can be sent to Hello@pardal.travel.
- 02What We Hold and Why
- We hold account identifiers, contact details, private-access details such as region, age range, payment preference and planning needs, declared taste profiles, journey briefs, generated Reports, refinement conversations, objective trip-decision events, post-trip feedback, evidence-backed learned travel preferences, transaction references, support messages, consent choices, and limited technical logs. We use them to personalize and provide the service, secure accounts, fulfill paid Reports, answer requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- 03Processors and International Transfers
- Pardal uses specialist providers for identity, hosting and databases, payments, AI generation, maps, hotel and flight data, and booking referrals. They receive only what their role requires and may process data outside your country under their contractual and legal safeguards. Pardal does not sell personal data.
- 04Retention, Export, and Deletion
- Account data remains while the account is active and as long as required for contracts, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or legal compliance. The profile page provides a complete machine-readable export and permanent account deletion. Depending on local law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent.

The terms that govern Pardal, its recommendations, booking links, payments, and the responsibilities on both sides.
- 01What Pardal Is
- Pardal is a travel intelligence service. It designs and refines journeys but is not a travel agency, carrier, hotel, tour operator, or booking provider. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and keep your account secure.
- 02Reports, Prices, and Third Parties
- A Report is commissioned for the route, dates, duration, party, and brief purchased. Refinements within that commission are included; material changes may require a new Report. Prices, opening hours, availability, entry rules, and schedules can change. Booking happens with third parties under their own terms, and you must verify critical details before paying or traveling.
- 03Affiliate Links and Independent Recommendations
- Pardal may earn a commission when you book through some links, at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are not ranked by commission. A quoted price may be an exact live offer, an equivalent live search, or an estimate; the Report labels that relationship and you must recheck the provider's current price before paying.
- 04Payments, Credits, and Refunds
- Paddle acts as merchant of record for Pardal purchases. Report credits are consumed when assigned to a commissioned journey. Approved refunds or chargebacks revoke the related unused credits and Reports. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- 05Availability, Responsibility, and Law
- Pardal may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may change the service while protecting already purchased obligations. To the extent permitted by law, Pardal is not responsible for independent travel suppliers or indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil; mandatory protections in your place of residence still apply.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
How one-time Pardal purchases, refund requests, and approved refunds are handled.
- 01One-Time Purchases
- Pardal sells Report credits as one-time purchases. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal to cancel. A Report credit is consumed when it is assigned to a commissioned journey.
- 02Requesting a Refund
- Send a request through the Support page with the account email and purchase reference. Eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and the status of the commissioned service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- 03Approved Refunds
- Paddle is the merchant of record and returns approved refunds through the original payment method. An approved full refund revokes the related Report and any unused credits granted by that purchase.
- 04Travel Bookings
- Pardal does not take payment for hotels, flights, restaurants, or other travel inventory. Cancellation and refund terms for those purchases are set by the independent provider where the booking is completed.
Cookie Policy
Which cookies Pardal uses, what they do, and how you can control anything beyond the essential.
- 01Essential Storage
- Essential cookies and local storage protect sign-in, preserve security state, remember the selected locale, and keep the application functioning. They do not require optional consent.
- 02Optional Categories
- Analytics measures product performance. Personalization remembers non-essential choices. Booking-partner storage attributes referrals when you follow a booking link. Marketing measurement sends consented page and conversion events to Meta Pixel and the Conversions API. Pardal keeps each category off until you choose it.
- 03Your Choice
- The consent panel offers necessary-only, allow-all, and category-by-category controls. Withdrawing optional consent prevents future loading of those tags; browser controls can also remove existing storage. Essential account functions may not work if essential storage is blocked.
